【摘要】 目的应用诺和锐30治疗老年人糖尿病,评价其疗效及安全性。方法选择老年糖尿病人86例,使用诺和锐30治疗3个月,分析比较治疗前后空腹及餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化,观察不良反应。结果诺和锐30治疗后,空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白亦明显下降(P<0.05),无严重低血糖及其他严重不良反应。结论诺和锐30治疗老年糖尿病效果明显而且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical effect of NovoMix 30 on senile diabetes.Methods 86 patients with senile diabetes were treated with NovoMix 30 for 3 months.The changes of FBG,2hPBG and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C) were analyzed and the side effects were observed.Results After NovoMix 30 treatment,FBG,2hPBG and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were no severe hypoglycemia and other serious adverse reactions.Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat senile diabetic with NovoMix 30.更多还原
