【摘要】 大众体育具备启动体育举国体制的几个重要条件,大众体育举国体制符合我国国情和体育发展规律.目前我国大众体育举国体制主要状况是:举国体制偏重于竞技体育;体育组织社会化程度低下;法规体系滞后;缺乏科学的指导;缺乏场地与器材.为此,政府要处于主体地位;加强基础设施建设;完善大众体育管理法规体系;设立社区体育指导员岗位;推进社会体育组织网络化建设进程.使体育润泽中华民族的身心,成为人人享有的权利,这才是真正的举国体制.更多还原

【Abstract】 Popular sports are competent for nationwide sports.Nationwide popular sports are in line with Chinese conditions and the rules of PE.In China,nationwide popular sports systems focus on competitive sports;the level of sports organizations is lower;the legal system lags behind;nationwide systems is lack of scientific guidance.There is fewer space and equipments.Accordingly,the government should be in status,strengthening infrastructure constructions,improving the legal systems,providing community sports instructor position,promoting the network process of sports organizations.更多还原
