【摘要】 目的观察蒲地兰消炎口服液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将121例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组61例与对照组60例。对照组予利巴韦林15 mg/(kg.d),连用7天,并根据病情予对症处理;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服蒲地兰消炎口服液和小儿豉翘清热颗粒7天。对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果两组在体温消退时间、皮疹消退时间及体温恢复正常例数均差异显著(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率96.72%,对照组总有效率80.00%,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论蒲地兰消炎口服液联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒对小儿手足口病具有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of children hand-foot-and-mouth disease treated by PuDiLan XiaoYan KouFuYe and Xiao’er QiQiao QingRe KeLi Methods 121 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomized into therapeutic group(61 cases) and control group(60 cases).The children in the control group were treated by ribavirin 15mg/(kg.d).The treatment course was 7days.Meanwhile,according to patient’s condition,the treatment would be altered.Besides the same treatment,the children in the therapeutic group were given PuDiLan XiaoYan KouFuYe and Xiao’er QiQiao QingRe KeLi for 7 days.Compared to two groups,there is significant difference on temperature regression time,rash regression time and the number of children whose temperature became normal(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 96.72%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions It is effective to use PuDiLan XiaoYan KouFuYe and Xiao’er QiQiao QingRe KeLi to treat children hand-foot-and-mouth disease.更多还原
