【摘要】 目的观察益气活血汤对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的影响。方法将76例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,治疗组在给予运动、饮食控制、西药治疗等的基础上加服益气活血汤,1剂/d。观察对空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖等指标的影响。结果通过治疗组与对照组的对比治疗,我们观察发现治疗组患者的血糖及各项指标控制均较为理想,临床症状改善也很明显。结论益气活血汤对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗有良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Boosting Qi andActivating Blood Decoction in the treatment of patients with Diabet II Insulin Resistance.Methods: 76 patients with DiabetII were randomized into the therapeutic group and the control group.On the basis of exercises,dietary control,western medication,the therapeutic group was given Boosting Qi and Activating Blood Decoction one dose per day.Some index,such as blood-fasting sugar,blood sugar after 2 hours were obsreved.Results Compared with the control group,blood sugar and all other index in the therapeutic group are improved.Clinical symptoms are remarkably improved.Conclusions It is effective to use Boosting Qi and Activating Blood Decoction in the treatment of the patients with diabetes II Insulin Resistance.更多还原
