【Abstract】 According to the characteristics and requirement of the steering gear supporter,and by through productive test and adjustment,it was decided to adopt the clay sand molding of the casting as a whole,bottom gated system,furan resin sand cores and control the chemical composition and melting process.As the result,the supporter casting was obtained with the as-cast tensile strength≥450 MPa,elongation≥18% required by the GGG40 grade.更多还原
