【摘要】 目的:研究软骨粘液纤维瘤的X线表现。材料与方法:收集临床病理证实软骨黏液纤维瘤6例,其中男4例,女2例;年龄7～28岁,平均年龄16.5岁。全部病例术前拍摄X线片,其中1例CT平扫检查。结果:胫骨5例,股骨1例。5例发生于干骺端,1例位于骨干。病变均沿骨管轴生长。5例表现偏心性、膨胀性分叶状溶骨破坏,1例呈圆形。病变髓侧硬化边明显,2例皮质侧破坏,4例可见明显的分隔。6例均未见钙化存在。结论:X线检查对本病的诊断有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study radiologic findings of chondromyxoid fibromas.Materials and Methods:Six cases of chondromyxoid fobromas proved by pathology were presented,in which there were four cases of male,and two cases of female,age ranging 7-28 years(mean age 16.5 years).X-ray films of all six cases were obtained,and CT images was obtained in one case.Results:The tumors were involved in the femur in five cases,and in the tibia in one case.The lesion was located in the metaphyseal in five cases,and in the diaphyseal in one case.The lesion was showed a mass growing with long bone axis,and presenting an eccentric,expensile,lobulated,lytic tumor in five cases,and a round in shape in one case.A sclerotic rim was found in the myelogenous site,and two cases with the distruction of bone cortex.The septation was showed in four cases.No calcification was found for all cases.Conclusion:Radiologic examination is of importance for the diagnosis of chondromyxoid fibroma.更多还原
