【摘要】 目的:提高对颅脑硬膜外血肿的CT诊断准确率,选择适合观察急性硬膜外血肿的窗位和窗宽。材料与方法:收集2001年12月—2008年5月头颅CT检查存档照片共计105例,并对105例CT诊断硬膜外血肿照片,进行了血肿的大小测量统计和分析。常规颅脑扫描体位和扫描参数。结果:CT检查头颅外伤患者或硬膜外血肿时,枕部后颅窝层面应选择窗宽120-150Hu;颞顶部为95-120Hu;顶部为150-300Hu;其窗位为30-40Hu为最佳选择。结论:应用CT"边缘强化"功能和适当调高窗位、窗宽,能使急性硬膜外血肿清晰显示,能提高CT对颅脑血肿的定位、定性诊断符合率。更多还原
