【摘要】 目的:探讨真菌性鼻窦炎的CT影像学特点。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术和内窥镜病理证实的66例真菌性鼻窦炎的CT表现。结果:所有受累鼻窦均显示窦腔密度增高,病变累及一侧上颌窦45例,两侧上颌窦12例,一侧上颌窦、筛窦24例,上颌窦内可见点状、斑块状、线状钙化影50例,窦腔高密度影内可见气泡影25例,病变呈肿块状突入鼻腔13例,窦壁骨质硬化35例,窦壁骨质吸收破坏18例,但残存骨端伴有骨质硬化,以内侧壁破坏多见。病变延伸到邻近结构5例。结论:根据其CT表现可归纳如下特点:(1)病变多为单侧性;(2)病变部位以上颌窦为主;(3)窦腔密度增高,其内可见点状、斑块状、线状钙化影;(4)局限性骨质增生与破坏,破坏残端常伴有骨质硬化。其中以鼻窦病变内钙化影最具特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the tomographic characteristic of mycotic nasosinusitis.Materials and Methods:66 case of mycotic nasosinusitis,which were confirmed by pathology of surgery and endoscope,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The density of all affected raised,45 cases of them were affected by unilateral sinuses maxillaris,12 cases of them were affected by hibateral sinuses maxillaris,24 cases of them were affected by unilateral sinuses maxillaris and ethmoidal anfractuosity,punctate,plaquelike and linear calcified image were found in 50 cases,bubble image in high density were found in 25 cases,tumid focal tissue protrude into nasal cavity were found in 13 cases,osteosclerosis of nasal sinuses were found in 35 cases,sclerotin were absorbed and broken were found in 18 cases,remanent sclerotin sclerosis was found most in medial nasal cavity.vicinal affection was found in 5 case.Conclusion:1.focus of infection is most unilateral.2.sinuses maxillaris is most affected,3.the density of nasal cavity raised,punctate,plaquelike and linear calcified images were found in it.4.circumscribed hyperosteogeny and destruction of bone,osteosclerosis in remanent sclerotin were found.calcified image in nasal cavity is distinctive.更多还原
