递进式教学法在神经外科临床见习带教中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨递进式教学方法在神经外科临床见习的教学效果。方法在本科生的神经外科临床见习教学中采用由定位至定性诊断、由结构到功能、由二维至三维的多层面、多角度的递进式教学,做到深入浅出地分析神经外科疾病的基础知识和临床治疗。结果神经外科临床见习带教中应用递进式教学法不仅加强了学生对疾病的认识和理解,而且提高了学生的学习兴趣。结论递进式教学法是能够提高临床见习效果的好方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of progressive teaching methods during neurosurgical clinical training.Methods The progressive teaching methods of multi-level and multi-angle from qualitative to location diagnosis,from structure to function and from two-dimension to three-dimension were applied in neurosurgical clinical training.Results The basic knowledge and clinical treatment of neurosurgical diseases were analyzed in simple ways.So,the progressive teaching methods during neurosurgical clinical training may enhance students’ awareness and understanding of neurosurgical diseases and increase their interest in learning as well.Conclusion Progressive teaching method is a good measure to elevate the effect of clinical training.
