【摘要】 目的观察卡泊三醇软膏联合中成药皮敏消胶囊治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病的疗效。方法将94例患者随机分成单纯外用卡泊三醇软膏组(西药组)和外用卡泊三醇软膏联合口服中成药皮敏消胶囊组(中西药联合组),疗程均为12周,两组患者分别于治疗后进行临床疗效、皮损PASI评分和复发情况评估。结果治疗8、12周后中西药联合组痊愈率与有效率均明显高于西药组(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。两组于第8周以后银屑病皮损(PASI)评分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。前者复发率明显低于后者(p<0.05)。结论卡泊三醇乳膏联合中成药皮敏消胶囊治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病,疗效满意,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of topical Calcipotriol ointment combination with or without oral Chinese medicine Pi Min Xiao in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 94 patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the topical Calcipotriol ointment therapy group and the topical Calcipotriol ointmen therapy combination with Pi Min Xiao capsule treatment group.The patients in these two groups received continuous treatment for 12 weeks.After 4,8,12 weeks, clinical effect and Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score were evaluated and recorded between in two groups.Results The total recovery and effective rates in the topical Calcipotriol ointment therapy group was lower than that the topical Calcipotriol ointmen therapy combination with Pi Min Xiao capsule group (p<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the PASI score in the 8th week and the 12th week later (p<0.05).Relapse rate of the former was higher than the latter (p<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris, topical Calcipotriol ointment therapy combination with Pi Min Xiao capsule is shown to be more efficacious than the topical Calcipotriol ointment, and more faster and safer.更多还原
