【摘要】 目的探讨血管收缩性药物外渗早期的最佳护理方法。方法选择性选择2007年3月～2009年6月我院发生的及院外带入的血管收缩性药物外渗<2 h病例27例为实验组,2004年3月～2007年2月我院发生的及院外带入的血管收缩性药物外渗<2 h病例29例为对照组,对照组采用1%利多卡因10 ml加地塞米松5 mg封闭后用50%硫酸镁外敷,实验组采用1%利多卡因10 ml加地塞米松5 mg封闭后用95%乙醇田七粉浸泡液外敷。结果实验组肿胀消退时间明显小于对照组,并且进入水泡损伤期的病例比例明显减少。结论发生血管收缩性药物外渗早期采用1%利多卡因10 ml加地塞米松5 mg封闭后用95%乙醇田七粉浸泡液外敷优于采用1%利多卡因10 ml加地塞米松5 mg封闭后用50%硫酸镁外敷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate best nursing care of patients with early stage extravasation of vasoconstrictor angents.Methods Fifty six patients with skin injures caused by extravasation of vasoconstrictor angents were divided into experiment group(n=27) and control group(n=29).After treated by local blockage with 2% lidocaine(10ml) combined with dexamethasone(5mg),the control group was compressed with magnesium sulfate in 50%.In contrast,the experiment group was compressed with TianQi powder soaked with ethanol in 95% after treated by local blockage with 2% lidocaine(10ml) combined with dexamethasone(5 mg).Results The time of extinction of swelling was 189.33±9.78 minutes in experiment group and 267.23±11.25 in control group.Moreover,the patients entering vesicular skin injures in former group were less.Conclusion It was better that the patients injured by extravasation of vasoconstrictor angents in early stage compressed with TianQi powder soaked with ethanol in 95% than with magnesium sulfate in 50% after treated by local blockage with 2% lidocaine(10ml) combined with dexamethasone(5 mg).更多还原
