便携式GC-MS在水体苯系物污染事故应急监测中的应用研究

【摘要】 根据HAPSITE便携式GC-MS的性能特点,结合国家地表水和污水的标准浓度限值和现场应急监测的质控要求,研究了便携式GC-MS的进样方式,探讨了内标单点法定量的意义,开发了便携式GC-MS快速测定水中苯系物单点浓度为20μg/L定量分析方法。通过方法的标准曲线、检出限、准确度、精密度试验以及地表水、废水实际样品的分析,证实本方法能够满足水体苯系物现场应急监测工作要求,具有更强的针对性、操作性和实用性。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of HAPSITE Portable GC-MS,in view of the state surface water and waste water concentration limits and emergency monitoring on-site quality control requirements,feeding method of Portable GC-MS was studied and the quantitative analysis method of single point with BTEX single concentration of 20μg/L was established in water by Portable GC-MS.Through tests of standard curve,?detection limit,accuracy and analysis of real surface water and waste water samples,this method could satisfy emergency monitoring on-site requirements,which is more targeted,operable and practical additionally in the process of emergency monitoring in water.
