微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定花椒中的镉

【摘要】 花椒样品经微波消解后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其镉含量。通过试验优化消解体系、消解升温程序、石墨炉加热升温程序、基体改进剂等实验条件,建立测定花椒中镉的新方法。结果表明,此方法简便、快速、准确,较好满足花椒中镉含量检测要求。

【Abstract】 The sample was digested with a mixture solution of HNO3 and H2O2 by microwave assisted sample digestion ,and Cd in the solution was determined by GFAAS.The choices of digestion system ,digestion temperature, ramping temperature of graphite furnace,and modifier were studied and optimized.A new method for the determination of cadmium in Zanthoxylum L.was established.The results showed the method was simple ,rapid and accurate.
