【摘要】 [目的]探讨分析预防牙隐裂对称性发生的有效干预措施。[方法]将120例牙齿无龋齿与修复史的牙隐裂患者随机分成对照组和干预组,有效治疗隐裂后干预组给予相应的预防干预措施,对照组无干预措施。随访3年评价治疗效果,比较两组对侧牙隐裂的发生率。[结果]120颗隐裂牙治疗成功率为100%,随访3年后均未发现隐裂加深或劈裂及牙髓病变发生。对照组对侧同名牙隐裂的发生率为48.3%,明显高于干预组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]牙隐裂对称性发生率较高,预防性调与口腔保健指导是预防牙隐裂对称性发生的有效预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the symmetry of cracked teeth to prevent the occurrence of effective interventions.[Methods] 120 patients with no dental caries and restoration history of cracked teeth were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,effective treatment was performed to the cracked and related prevention interventions was used for intervention group,and the control group had no intervention.After following up for 3 years,we evaluation the treatment effect of the two groups,and compared the incidence of cracked teeth.[Results] The successful rate of treatment for 120 cracked teeth was 100% after 3 years follow-up,and we did not find a cracked or split and pulp deeper lesions.For the control group,the occurrence of the same location and type cracked teeth was 48.3%,and which was significantly higher than that of intervention group(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] The symmetry of cracked teeth was high,and preventive adjustment of occlusion and oral health guidance is the effective preventive measures for preventing the cracked teeth symmetry.更多还原
