【摘要】 [目的]了解上海市虹口区2007年虹口区恶性肿瘤发病情况。[方法]根据《上海市恶性肿瘤登记报告系统》资料,分析主要恶性肿瘤的发病率及发病顺位。[结果]上海市虹口区2007年居民恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为386.53/10万,其中男性为398.90/10万,男性发病率居前5位的是:肺癌、胃癌、结肠癌、肝癌和前列腺癌;女性发病率为374.31/10万,女性发病率居前5位的是:乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌、胃癌和直肠癌。男性肿瘤发病率高于女性。[结论]应关注肺癌、乳腺、消化道肿瘤的发病危险因素,加强防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To know the cancer incidence rate in Hongkou district of Shanghai.[Methods] The data came from Shanghai cancer registry system.The incidence rate and incidence sequence of cancer were analyzed.[ Results] The crude incidence rate was 386.53/100 000 in 2007.The crude incidence rate of cancer in male in Hongkou District was 398.90/100,000.The common cancers ranked top 5 in male were lung cancer,stomach cancer,colon cancer,liver cancer and prostate cancer.The crude incidence rate in female in Hongkou District was 374.31/100 000.The common cancers ranked top 5 in female were breast cancer,lung cancer,colon cancer,stomach cancer and rectum cancer.The cancer incidence rate in male was higher than in female.[Conclusion] More care should be taken on the risk factors of lung cancer,breast cancer and digestive tract cancer,and the prevention and therapy should be enhanced.更多还原
