【摘要】 [目的]了解临床护士标准预防知识掌握情况,防止医院感染的发生。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法,用一般资料问卷,标准预防知识问卷,对1000名临床护士进行调查。[结果]共收回有效问卷831分,护士标准预防知识平均得分(35.81±4.69)分,得分率71.62%。是否具有乙肝抗体、培训次数、工作年限、学历、所在医院是否是艾滋病培训基地5个影响因素影响护士标准预防知识的得分。[结论]护士标准预防知识掌握尚未达到良好水平,存在很多不足和认识误区,对护士进行标准预防知识进行有效的培训、提高掌握程度十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate knowledge level about standard precaution among nurses to prevent hospital infection. [Methods] Carried out a cross-sectional study with samples of 1 000 nurses. Two instruments were used to collect information of subject,demographic characteristics,knowledge about standard precaution. [Results] Total 831 valid questionnaires were collected. The average score of knowledge about standard precaution was 35.81±4.69,and score ratio was 71.62%. Five factors such as work years,the educational background,the number of training,whether with HBV antibody and the hospital was training base on AIDS were the predict factors of knowledge level about standard precaution among nurses. [Conclusion] The knowledge about standard precaution is low,so more attention should be paid to increase nurses’ knowledge about standard precaution.更多还原
