一株新分离的肠道病毒71型理化特性测定

【摘要】 [目的]测定新分离到的肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71)的理化性质,为有效地预防该疾病提供科学依据。[方法]将新分离到的病毒经酸、热、乙醚处理后,接种到人横纹肌肉瘤(RD)细胞上,观察处理前后该病毒毒力活性的变化,分析这些理化因子对EV71的影响。[结果]EV71耐酸、耐乙醚,56℃30min可灭活。[结论]对该病毒污染的环境不应当使用酸度较低及乙醚等消毒液消毒,标本和毒株应低温保存。

【Abstract】 [Obiective] To detect physical and chemical properties for a new isolating enterovirus type(EV71) and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention of the disease. [Methods] The new virus isolated by acid,heat,ether treated was inoculated to RD cells,and observed before and after handling the virus virulence activity. The impact of physical and chemical factors on EV71 was analyzed. [Results] EV71 can tolerate acid and ether. The condition that 30 minutes at 56℃ can kill its activity. [Conclusion] The environment are polluted by the enterovirus 71 should not be disinfected by lower acidity and ether,and specimens and virus strain should be saved in a low-temperature freezer.
