温控与运输对血液质量的影响研究
THE INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND TRANSPORTION ON THE QUALITY OF THE BLOOD
【摘要】 [目的]探讨温度控制与运输对血液质量的影响。[方法]采集80名符合献血法规定标准的献血者血液,随机分为两组,A组64份,不同温度不同时间存放血液,再转放在4℃中,于不同保存时间测定游离血红蛋白(FHb)、pH、K+的含量变化;B组16份,采用随机振动试验,不同振动条件下于不同振动时间取样测定FHb、pH、K+的含量。[结果]4℃及16℃采集血液,放置4h内,转放在4℃,FHb值变化不大。随着保存前温度升高及保存时间的延长,FHb值升高,而pH值呈下降趋势。在相同保存前温度条件下,K+随保存时间延长而上升。频率为60次/min,振动60min后的FHb,振动90min后的pH、K+与振前比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);而频率为120次/min,振动30min后的FHb,振动60min中的pH、K+与振前比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]温度升高、保存时间延长及振动频率增大,对血液保存时效及血液质量有明显影响,应严格控制保存前温度及时间,运输过程中采取有效措施,提高血液质量,保证输血安全。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the influence of temperature control and transportion on the quality of blood. [Methods] We collected 80 blood samples according with the related laws,randomly divided into two groups. In group A,64 cases’ blood were stored at different temperatures adn time,and finally all were restore at 4 degrees. The level of free hemoglobin(FHb) ,pH,K+ content changes of different time were determined. In group B,16 cases’ blood were treated in different vibration condition in different period of time,and the level of FHb vibration,pH,K+ content changes were determined. [Results] Blood were restored at 4℃ and 16℃ and 4 hours latter at 4℃,had no big changes in FHb value. With the extending of the pre-restoration and restoraion time,FHb were declined. At the same pre-restoration temperature,K+ raised with the restoration time. With frequency at 60 times /min,the pH,K+ after 60 min vibration was significantly different with that after 90 min vibration(P﹤0.05) . [Conclusion] In order to ensure safety,strict control should be added on the pre-restoration temperature and time before the transportion and effective measures should be taken to improve the quality of blood transfusion.
