【摘要】 [目的]掌握东城区内宾馆饭店室内空气、公共用品用具卫生质量以及变化趋势,及时向政府提供辖区内公共卫生方面信息,为政府制定相关措施或政策确保奥运期间各国游客身体健康服务。[方法]选取东城区23家宾馆饭店,于2007年6月~2008年5月分阶段进行微小气候、空气质量、游泳池水水质、公共用具消毒效果、集中空调通风系统的监测。[结果]监测项目总合格率为92.38%;空气中可吸入颗粒物合格率为80.91%;甲醛合格率为83.01%;送风中可吸入颗粒物合格率为55.07%;空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌阳性率为18.75%,淋浴热水嗜肺军团菌阳性率为3.08%。[结论]东城区内各宾馆饭店整体卫生状况良好。暴露的主要问题是送风中和室内可吸入颗粒物超标和室内空气中甲醛超标,此外空调冷却水及淋浴热水中嗜肺军团菌的污染不容忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the hygienic quality and its changing tendency of public articles and indoor air of star grade hotels in Dongcheng District of Beijing,so as to provide timely information on the public hygiene to the local govern-ment to prompt the promulgation and implementation of relative decrees to guarantee the wellbeing of foreign visitors around world during Beijing Olympic Games.[Methods] 23 three-star and above hotels were selected to receive the investigation on microclimate,air quality and water quality in swimming pool,antiseptic effect of public articles,and ventilation systems of centralized air-conditioners from the June,2007 to May,2008.[Results] The total qualification proportion in investigation was up to 92.38% ;the proportion for inhalable particulates in indoor air was 80.91% ;the proportion for formaldehyde was 83.01%;the proportion for inhalable particulates in ventilation was 55.07%;the positive proportion of legionella pneumopHila(LP)found in the cooling water flowing of air-conditioners was about 18.75%;and the positive proportion of legionella pneu-mopHila(LP)in the shower water was up to 3.08%.[Conclusion] The full-scale sanitation of all star grade hotels in Dong Cheng District was satisfied.The key problems were that the formaldehyde in indoor air and the inhalable particulates in ventila-tion and room-air exceed the stipulated standards.In addition,the contamination of legionella pneumopHila(LP)in both cooling water flowing of air-conditioners and shower water was a big challenge that could not be overlooked.更多还原
