【摘要】 [目的]探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)联合检测对原发性肝癌(primary hepatocarcinoma,PHC)的诊断价值。[方法]对72例原发性肝癌患者血清中AFP、AFU、ALP和GGT进行联合检测并分析。[结果]原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、AFU、ALP和GGT水平及阳性率均明显高于正常对照组及良性肝病组(P﹤0.01);联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。[结论]联合检测血清中的AFP、AFU、ALP和GGT对原发性肝癌的诊断具有重要临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the diagnostic value in serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),a-L-fucosidase(AFU),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and r-glutamyl transferase(GGT) for primary hepatocarcinoma(PHC).[Methods] Analyzer of 72 cases of primary hepatocarcinoma in patients with serum AFP,AFU,ALP and GGT.[Results] The levels and the positive rates in serum AFP,AFU,ALP and GGT of primary hepatocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls and benign liver diseases patients(P﹤0.01).The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than that of single assay.[Conclusion] The combined detection in serum AFP,AFU,ALP and GGT levels is of important clinical significance in the primary hepatocarcinoma diagnosis.更多还原
