C反应蛋白和可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1在冠心病患者的表达及其意义
EXPRESSION OF C-REACTIVE PROTEIN AND INTERCELLULAR ADHESION MOLECULE-1 IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
【摘要】 [目的]通过检测69例冠心病患者外周血可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,探讨其临床意义。[方法]入选诊断明确的冠心病患者69例,通过冠状动脉造影检查,分为单支病变组18例和多支病变组51例,分别应用放射免疫法测定患者血清中sICAM-1和CRP浓度,并与30例年龄和性别相当的健康体检者进行比较。[结果]冠心病组的sICAM-1和CRP浓度显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05);冠状动脉粥样硬化范围越大、狭窄程度越重sICAM-1和CRP活性浓度越高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]sICAM-1和CRP活性浓度与冠状动脉粥样硬化的范围和狭窄程度相关,为判断冠状动脉病变严重程度提供了相应的临床参考指标。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the changes of serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease and their significance.[Methods] A total of 69 patients with coronary heart disease,including 18 cases of mono-branch stenosis and 51 of multi-branch stenosis.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and C-reactive protein(CRP) compared with those in 30 normal outpatients.[Results] The levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and Creactive protein(CRP) were significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease than in those of the control(P﹤0.05);Strong positive correlation existed between intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and C-reactive protein(CRP)(P﹤ 0.05).[Conclusion] Intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and C-reactive protein(CRP) are significantly correlated with the extent and severity of coronary atherosclerosis,which provides references for clinical diagnosis.
