【摘要】 [目的]探讨影响老年人接种流感疫苗的因素,为相关卫生主管部门制定流感防治策略提供参考。[方法]采用1︰2病例对照研究法,选取101名接种了流感疫苗、在佛山居住半年以上、年龄≥60岁的老年人为接种组;与接种组性别、年龄、所在区等相匹配的202名未接种过流感疫苗者为对照组。自制调查表进行问卷调查。用1︰2配对Lo-gistic回归分析、多重线性回归的方法,分析老年人接种流感疫苗的影响因素。[结果]同住人的最高文化程度、家人得过慢性呼吸系统疾病、流感疫苗认识得分、流感疫苗使经济负担过重、以医护人员的建议为权威建议5个因素为有统计学意义的因素,其OR值分别为2.653、3.676、19.231、3.704、3.300。[结论]广泛且有针对性的加强宣传对提高老年人流感疫苗的接种率有重要作用。另外纳入医保等措施对流感疫苗的接种率也具有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the influential factors of influenza vaccination in elderly people, and thus to provide a reference for the establishment of influenza control strategies to the related departments. [Methods] The case-control method with ratio of 1:2 was adopted in the study. A total of 101 subjects who were more than 60 years old, received influenza vaccination and had been in Foshan for more than half a year were enrolled in the study as vaccinated group; another 202 subjects who never received influenza vaccination and their gender, age and residential district comparable to vaccinated group were enrolled as control group. Self-made questionnaire was used for the survey. Logistic regression analysis with ratio of 1:2 and multiple linear regressions were used to find influential factors of influenza vaccination. [Results] The following factors were statistically significant: highest level of education among co-residents, positive family history of chronic respiratory diseases, scores in knowledge survey regarding influenza vaccine, that influenza vaccination caused too much financial burden, and that advices from health care professionals were considered being authoritative, with the odd ratio (OR) of 2.653, 3.676, 19.231, 3.704 and 3.300, respectively. [Conclusion] Extensive and definite publicity campaigns may play an important role in promoting the rate of influenza vaccination in the elderly people.
