【摘要】 [目的]评价SF-36量表在城市农民工生命质量(quality of life,QOL)测定中的效果。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,运用SF-36量表对522名贵阳市农民工的QOL进行测定。[结果]量表的分半信度为0.8067;内容一致性信度仅在GH、VT、SF、MH维度上较低,但仍高于最低接受值0.6;除GH外,其余条目的重测信度均大于0.70。结构效度的累积方差贡献率65.57%,且因子模型基本符合理论结构假设。[结论]SF-36量表用于城市农民工QOL测评有着较好的可行性、信度与效度,本次研究可为该量表在我国城市农民工中的使用提供初步的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the effect of quality of life in rural migrant workers by SF-36 scale. [Methods] Using stratified cluster sampling method, the quality of life of 522 rural migrant workers in Guiyang was measured by SF-36. [Results] The split-half reliability of scale was 0.806 7 and the Cronbach’s α coefficient of internal consistency reliability in GH, VT, SF and MH showed to be low, but still higher than the lowest acceptable numerical value (0.6); Except for GH domain, the test-retest reliability of the other domains were above 0.70. The cumulative contribution rate was 65.57% , and the model from factorial analysis was in accordance with their theoretical structure. [Conclusion] The SF-36 scale could measure the quality of life in farm workers with better feasibility, reliability and validity. This study could provide the primary reference to the later study in the same population in China.更多还原
