【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省男男性工作者(MB)的一般情况及艾滋病防治相关的知识、态度和行为特征,为制定相应的宣传教育和行为干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]依靠男性同性恋志愿者的帮助,在知情同意和保密原则下对男男性工作者进行一般状况及艾滋病防治相关知识、态度和行为特征的调查分析,并采集静脉血进行HIV和梅毒抗体检测。[结果]调查对象平均年龄为23.0岁,92.4%未婚,文化程度较高,主要为学生和从事商业服务或自由职业/待业者;艾滋病知识知晓率78.0%;不完全是男性同性恋,多半会与女性结婚,性伴多、安全套使用率低;HIV和梅毒的感染率分别为5.1%和10.2%。[结论]MB的艾滋病性病感染状况较为严重,且有向一般人群传播的风险。应根据该人群的特征,有针对性的开展有效的宣传教育和干预措施,增强自我保护意识,减少危险性行为,提高艾滋病知识知晓率和安全套使用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the general situation and HIV /AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior among Money Boys in Shandong,and to provide scientific evidence for health education and behavioral interventions. [Methods] With the help of homosexuality volunteers,the face to face survey was done about general situation and HIV / AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior,and the blood samples were collected for HIV and syphilis antibody test. [Results] The average age of MB was 23.00 years. 92.40% remained single,and most of them were students and workers for commercial service with well ed-ucated background. The awareness rate of knowledge about AIDS was 78.0%. All of them were not the homosexuality,and most of them will marry with female. They have more sex partners with less condone use. The infection rate of HIV was 5.1% ,and syphilis was 10.2%. [Conclusion] The infection status of HIV / STD among MB is serious,and there is risk of HIV / STD spread to general population. It is necessary to carry out effective health education and behavior intervention to strengthen theirs awareness of self-protection,reduce sex behaviors with high risk,and improve the awareness rate of HIV / AIDS and rate of condone use.更多还原
