【摘要】 [目的]分析乡、村两级医疗机构药物使用存在的问题,引导乡、村医疗机构规范用药。[方法]采取分层抽样的方法抽取出6个乡镇卫生院和9个村卫生室,并随机抽取上感和胃炎处方,运用SPSS15.0进行统计分析。[结果]平均每处方药品数超过世界卫生组织的推荐标准,抗生素和激素都存在一定的过度使用。[结论]规范其用药行为需增加对基层医疗机构的投入,培训医务人员专业技能和合理用药知识,普及农民医疗常识,将合管办独立出来作为第三方来实施监管等。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the problem of drug use in township and village medical institutions and guide them to standard ize the way using drugs.[Methods] Took out 6 township hospitals and 9 village clinics with stratified sampling method,and got the flu and gastritis prescription with random sampling,finally used the SPSS15.0 for analysis.[Results] The average number of prescription drugs exceeded the WHO standards,antibiotics and hormones had certainly excessive use.[Conclusion] In order to standardize the behaviors of the drug use in medical institutions,we need increase the input of grassroots unit medical institutions,train the doctor’s professional skills and rational drug use knowledge,popularize peasant’s medical knowledge,and take the NCMS’s management office as the third party institution independently to implement supervision and management.更多还原
