用彗星试验评价两种保健食品的致突变和抗突变作用

【摘要】 [目的]用TK6人类淋巴母细胞彗星试验评价两种保健食品的致突变和抗突变作用,为其安全性及保健功能的进一步开发提供依据。[方法]2种样品分别设阴性/溶剂对照、阳性对照、抗突变对照组,以及致突变组和抗突变各4个剂量组,处理细胞4h后按常规方法进行彗星分析。[结果]2种样品的致突变试验结果均为阴性,而抗突变试验则表现为阳性。[结论]两种保健食品均无诱导DNA损伤的作用,并可拮抗K2Cr2O7/MMC造成的DNA损伤。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the mutagenicity and anti-mutagenicity of two kinds of health food by comet assay in TK6 cells. [Methods] The following groups were set: negative / solvent, positive and anti-mutagenicity control, mutagenicity and anti-mutagenicity groups at 4 concentration levels for both samples. The TK6 cells were treated respectively for 4 h and then the DNA damage of the cells was analyzed using single cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay). [Results] The mutagenicity test results of the two samples were negative, while the anti-mutagenicity test showed positive results. [Conclusion] Both health foods could not be found mutagenic, and showed stronger anti-mutagenic activity in the study.
