【摘要】 [目的]了解西昌市暗娼人群HIV/梅毒感染的情况,艾滋病相关知识、性行为特征及其影响因素。[方法]采用现场流行病学调查,在西昌市采取分层整群抽样,对暗娼人群进行艾滋病、梅毒相关知识行为问卷调查及HIV/梅毒血清学检测。[结果]艾滋病相关知识及格率为75.7%,其影响因素有民族、户籍、场所档次、文化程度、固定性伴、同伴教育、宣传材料(P值﹤0.001～0.027)。与客人最近1次性行为安全套使用率和最近1月安全套每次使用率分别为95.7%、70.5%,其影响因素有固定性伴、近1周接客、VCT(P值0.007～0.037)。HIV感染率为0.68%;梅毒感染率为7.9%,其影响因素有民族、场所档次(P值0.007～0.048)。[结论]该地区暗娼艾滋病知识知晓率仍然不足,无保护性行为仍然存在,应根据本地区情况及高危人群需要继续开展健康教育和行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand AIDS related knowledge,sex behaviors characteristic,HIV/syphilis infectious and their influence factors in Xichang.[Methods] Epidemiological investigation questionnaire in Xichang were carried out with cluster and sampling,and drawing blood specimen to measure serology of HIV /syphilis.[Results] The proportion of knowing AIDS basic facts was 75.7%,the influencing factors of which were nationality,household registration,grade of working place,education,fixed sex partner,the companion education,publicity materials of AIDS /STDs(P﹤0.001-0.027).The rate of condom use during the last sexual intercourse was 95.7%;the rate of consistent use was 70.5% in the last month,the influencing factors included:fixed sex partner,the number of customer,HIV voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)(P=0.007-0.037).HIV infectious was 0.68%;Syphilis infectious was 7.9%,the influencing factors were nationality,grade of working place(P= 0.007-0.048).[Conclusion] The rate of AIDS related knowledge knowing is still low,nonprotective sex behaviors exist.It is necessary to promote health education and behavior intervention.更多还原
