北京市东城区三星级以上宾馆集中空调通风系统卫生状况调查分析
ANALYSIS OF SANITARY CONDITION OF CENTRALIZED AIR VENTILATION SYSTEM IN THREE STAR AND ABOVE HOTELS IN EAST DISTRICT BEIJING
【摘要】 [目的]调查了解东城区三星级以上宾馆集中空调通风系统卫生状况并提出改进意见。[方法]抽取东城区20家三星级以上宾馆,于2007年6月~8月和2008年2月~4月分两次抽样进行集中空调通风系统卫生状况检测。[结果]风管内表面积尘量超标率为17.2%;积尘中微生物未检出超标样品;送风中可吸入颗粒物超标率为41.1%;送风中细菌总数超标率为14.0%,真菌总数超标率为3.3%,β-溶血性链球菌未检出;空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌阳性率为20%,淋浴热水嗜肺军团菌阳性率为3.3%。[结论]东城区三星级以上宾馆集中空调通风系统卫生质量有所提高,但仍有超标情况发生,其中送风中的可吸入颗粒物超标最为严重,还应加强对空调通风系统各组成部件的定期检测和清洗,此外空调冷却水及淋浴热水中嗜肺军团菌的污染不容忽视。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To research sanitary condition of centralized air ventilation system of three star and above hotels in West District,and provide suggestions for improvement. [Methods] Chose 20 hotels of three star and above in West District,sampled twice during June to August 2007 and February to April 2008 to test the sanitary condition of centralized air ventilation system. [Results] Exceeding standard rate of dust on the surface of the blast pipe was 17.2% ; the microorganism in the dust showed no sign of higher; exceeding standard rate of inhaled particle in the blast pipe was 41.1%; exceeding standard rate of total bacteria in the blast pipe was 14.0%,total fungus was 3.3%,β-hemolytic streptococcus was not tested; positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in ventilation cooling water was 20%,positive rate of legionella pneumophila in shower heat water was 3.3%. [Conclusion] The sanitary condition of centralized air ventilation in three star and above hotels in West District is improved,yet the rate of inhaled particle of the blast pipe is too high,periodically testing and cleaning of all parts of the ventilation system is necessary. Besides,the pollution of Legionella pneumophila in the ventilation cooling water and shower heat water should be noticed.
