【摘要】 [目的]分析卵巢癌患者住院费用的变化趋势,为有效控制医疗费用提供科学依据。[方法]抽取兰州市两家省级医院1996～2006年间确诊为卵巢癌患者的病历资料,获取住院费用信息并分析其构成和变化情况。[结果]11年间,卵巢癌患者的平均住院日呈下降趋势,年均下降速度为3.75%,而例均住院费用、日均住院费用则分别以年均2.80%、6.91%的速度增长。单项费用构成中,药费所占比例最高,达到51.29%,药费与住院费用呈正相关;手术费年均增长速度最快,为33.35%。[结论]卵巢癌患者的经济负担较重,应通过降低药费,加强医院管理,建立单病种诊疗规范和费用控制标准,以减轻患者的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the changing trend of hospitalization cost over ovarian cancer,and provide scientific basis for the control of medical cost. [Methods] The data of hospitalization cost was collected from the medical history of the patients that had been diagnosed of ovarian caner in two hospitals of Lanzhou from 1996 to 2006,then the change of total cost of the ovarian cancer patients was obtained,and the components of the cost and changing trends were analyzed. [Results] During 11 years,average hospitalization days declined in a rate of 3.75% each year. However,the case-average hospitalization cost and average daily hospitalization cost increased by 2.80% and 6.91% respectively each year. Medicine cost accounted for the biggest proportion of 51.29% in the total cost and was positively correlated to average hospitalization cost. The annual rising rate of operation cost,as the highest one,was 33.35%. [Conclusion] The economic burden of patients with ovarian cancer is heavier. We should decrease medicine cost,strengthen hospital management,and establish clinical practice guideline and the criteria for the control of expenses for single disease,so that the economic burden of patients can be alleviated.更多还原
