【摘要】 目的探讨开展药学监护工作的实施效果。方法在本院配备临床药师的科室中对2007年8月—2009年3月期间的重点住院患者开展药学监护,建立药历,对其中药师建议类别、建议实施效果、医生采纳情况等内容进行分类统计。结果药师建议以调整给药剂量、方法最多占52%,其次为纠正错误、不恰当选药占28%,改变给药方案占20%。结论建立科学的工作方法可以使药学监护在减少用药错误、增加药物治疗有效安全经济等方面起到积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate results of pharmaceutical care on patients in admission department.METHODS During Aug 2007 and Mar 2009,4 pharmacist fulfilled pharmaceutical care on the special patients in hospital,and pharmaceutical history was recorded.Classification statistics to propositions from pharmacists and their results,accepted status by doctor were carried out.RESULTS The percentages of propositions of adjusting dosis and applications were 52%,correcting faults in indication were 28%,modulating medical treatments were 20%.CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical care have positive roles in diminishing incorrect prescriptions and ensuring a valid safe and economic therapeutic regimen.更多还原
