【摘要】 学习型社会具有整体性和区域性特征。以江苏省为例,构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会区域先行的经验和可行性分析,是以省域工作目标为导向的应用性研究。区域性实证研究表明,经济、社会和教育的区域定位与特点,成为区域建设学习型社会的重要向度,能够形成共性与个性相结合的创建特色。省域创建学习型社会,必须结合省情,打造区域特色和优势,构成终身教育体系和学习型社会的基本框架与发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The learning-based society features integrity and regionality.The practice in Jiang Su province has been analyzed as an example.The construction of the lifelong education system,the establishment of learning-based districts ahead of time and feasibility analysis of it are founded on the application research on working aims of provinces.The regional study demonstrates that the regional location and features of economy,society and education are important dimensions of setting up learningbased society in regions.Hence,the combination of integrity and regionality come into being.The establishment of provincial learning-based society should be in accordance with the realistic situation of provinces and work on regional features and advantages for the sake of drafting the basic framework and development strategic of constructing lifelong learning education system and learning-based society.更多还原
