【摘要】 目的探讨大剂量立止血对鼻窦内窥镜下鼻息肉手术患者术中及术后出血量的影响。方法40例鼻窦内窥镜下行鼻息肉手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。观察组术前30 min肌肉注射立止血2 kU,术前5 min静脉注射立止血2 kU,对照组术前30 min肌肉注射立止血1 kU,术前5 min静脉注射立止血1 kU。观察两组患者术中及术后24 h出血量。结果观察组术中及术后24 h出血量分别为(122.6±10.4)ml和(14.2±3.1)ml,均明显少于对照组(187.3±13.5)ml和(21.4±4.7)ml(P<0.05)。结论大剂量立止血能明显减少鼻窦内窥镜下鼻息肉手术患者围手术期出血量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the haemostatic effect of high dose reptilase in the perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal polyps.Methods 40 nasal polyps patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into group R(reptilase group,n=20) and group C(control group,n=10).In group R and C,reptilase with the dosage of 2 kU and 1 kU was given respectively by intramuscular injection 30 minutes before the operation,and the same dosage of reptilase was administered respectively by intravenous injection 5 minutes after the operation.The amount of hemorrhage was observed in perioperative period of nasal endoscopy.ResultThe intraoperative and 24-hours blood loss amount of group R was(122.6±10.4)ml and(14.2±4.7)ml respectively,both were obviously less than(187.3±13.5)ml and(21.4±4.7)ml of groups C(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional dosage,high dose reptilase can decrease the blood loss apparently during the perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal polyps.更多还原
