短天然纤维增强聚合物复合材料弹性模量估算

【摘要】 基于短天然纤维增强聚合物复合材料微观力学模型,推导出复合材料拉伸弹性模量的表达式,应用该式估算了聚苯硫醚(PPS)/芦苇和聚乳酸(PLA)/芦苇复合体系的弹性模量并与文献报道的2种弹性模量公式估算值进行比较,结果表明:三者较为接近,偏差接近10%。最后,引用文献发表的PLA/亚麻复合材料拉伸弹性模量测量数据对公式进行初步的验证,结果显示,预测值与实测值较为接近。

【Abstract】 An expression of tensile elastic modulus was derived based on the micro-mechanical model of short nature fiber reinforced polymer composites.This equation was applied to estimate the elastic modulus of PPS/reed and PLA/reed composite systems,and the estimations were compared with two elastic modulus equations published in references. The results show that the deviation among them is about 10%.Finally,the equation is verified preliminarily by using the measured tensile elastic modulus from PLA/flax composites, and it is found that the predictions is close to the experimental data.
