PVA-g-PU热性能与力学性能的研究
Study on Thermal and Mechanical Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol-g-Polyurethane
【摘要】 采用异氰酸根封端的聚氨酯(PU)来接枝改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)。傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热失重分析仪(TGA)等测试结果表明,PU通过甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)与PVA发生了接枝反应;改性PVA的结晶性能降低,熔点下降;接枝PU能明显提高PVA的耐热性能及韧性。
【Abstract】 Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was modified by PU with —NCO groups.The results of Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and so on show that PU is grafted onto PVA with the help of toluene diisocyanate(TDI) successfully.The crystallization properties and melting point of PVA decrease,while the thermal stabilities and toughness of PVA-g-PU samples are better than those of PVA.
