【摘要】 介绍了TPI系统的概况及其特点,探讨利用TPI系统搭建起我院教师科研论文全文数据库的步骤和方法,为我国数字图书馆的建设和管理提供一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,characteristics of TPI system were introduced.Procedure and methods of forming the full-text database of research papers from university teachers using TPI system,which could provide reference for digital library construction and management to some extent,were thoroughly discussed.
