双人核对制度在预防门诊注射差错中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨双人核对制度在预防门诊注射差错中的应用效果。方法制订注射查对制度和内容、弹性排班、制订注射程序和实行首查负责制等双人核对制度。结果实施注射双人核对制度和流程2年后,本门诊注射室发生护理差错及纠纷从0.015%下降到0。结论通过规范双人核对制度和流程,可有效杜绝注射过程中护理差错及纠纷的发生,实现患者安全管理质量的持续改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of double check system in preventing outpatient injection errors.Methods Double check system was established,including checking the contents of injection,flexible shifts and injection procedure.The first check responsibility system was also carried out.Result Two years after double check system on injection was carried out,the nursing errors and disputes in the patient injection room dropped from 0.015% to 0.Conclusion Double check can effectively eliminate the nursing errors and disputes in the process of injection and make possible continuous improvement of patient safety management.更多还原
