医院-社区一体化防治护理对重性精神病病人防治效果的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨医院-社区一体化防治护理对重性精神病病人防治效果的影响。方法对358例重性精神病病人采取医院-社区一体化防治护理,内容包括培训精神疾病防治工作人员,加强重性精神病病人的监护和防治及社区护理。比较开展一体化护理前后重性精神病病人防治效果。结果开展医院-社区一体化护理后,重性精神病病人的监护率、病情好转率、社会参与率和服药依从性均较前提高(均P<0.01);重性精神病病人的肇事肇祸率较前下降(P<0.05)。结论实施医院-社区一体化防治护理提高了重性精神病病人的防治效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community integrated prevention on rehabilitation of severe mental patients. Methods Professionals were trained on mental disorders to manage 358 severe mental patients using hospital-community integration mode in respect of monitoring,treatment and rehabilitative nursing. The effects before and after performance of the mode were compared. Results After performance of preventive mode of hospital-community integration,the rate of monitoring the severe mental patients,improvement rate of symptoms,social life rate and medicine-taking compliance rate were all improved compared with pre-performance of the mode(P < 0.01) . The rate of trouble-making rate was decreased as well(P < 0.05) . Conclusion The hospital-community integrated prevention is effective in improving rehabilitative outcome in severe mental patients.更多还原
