静脉肾盂造影非离子型对比剂不良反应的观察与护理

【摘要】 目的总结静脉肾盂造影非离子型对比剂不良反应的观察与护理经验。方法观察500例采用非离子型对比剂行静脉肾盂造影患者的不良反应发生情况,回顾性总结和分析不良反应的观察与护理经验。结果 500例静脉肾盂造影患者有7例出现不良反应,其中瘙痒、荨麻疹,恶心、呕吐和面色潮红或苍白各2例;胸闷、心悸1例。结论选择合适的静脉、做好对比剂加温和指导患者采用放松方法是保证静脉肾盂造影术顺利完成的基础;严密的不良反应的观察是降低不良反应的发生率,减少患者危害的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of non-ion contrast medium in intravenous pyelography and summarize the observation and nursing strategies.Methods The adverse reactions in 500 cases of intravenous pyelography by non-ion contrast medium were retrospectively summarized and analyzed.Meanwhile the nursing strategies were concluded.Result Among the 500 cases,7 developed symptoms of adverse reactions such as pruritus,nettle rash,nausea,vomiting,facial flush or paleness,chest distress and palpitation.Conclusions Proper selection of veins,warming of contrast medium and self-relaxation is an assurance for successful completion of intravenous pyelography.Close observation of adverse reactions and tender nursing care are the assurance for the decrease of adverse reaction rate and reduction of risks on patients.更多还原
