【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌手术患者从胃管侧孔置入鼻肠管行胃肠减压和肠内营养的治疗效果。方法将2009年1-12月在本院住院的50例胃癌手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,对照组采用插普通胃管行胃肠减压,术后行静脉营养支持;实验组采用胃管侧孔置入鼻肠管行胃肠减压,术后早期应用鼻肠管行肠内营养。比较两组患者术后排气时间、排便时间、平均住院时间、总并发症发生率以及营养免疫指标。结果观察组患者术后排气、排便时间早于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,营养免疫指标优于对照组,总并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论胃管侧孔置入鼻肠管,可以进行术后胃肠减压;鼻肠管置管到空肠输出袢,作为术后肠内营养的输入管道,为患者提供营养支持,可以预防并发症,促进患者快速康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of nasointestinal tube into side hole of gastric canal on gastrointestinal decompression and enteral nutrition for gastric cancer patients.Methods 50 gastric cancer patients were equally randomized into experimental group and control group.The experimental group took early postoperative enteral nutrition with nasointestinal tube into side hole of gastric canal,while the control group took intravenous nutrition with ordinary gastric tube.The indicators such as time of postoperative exsufflation,abdominal distension,diarrhea,infection,body weight and nutrition were observed and compared between the groups.Result There are significant differences in the time of postoperative exsufflation,abdominal distension,diarrhea,infection,body weight and nutrition between the two groups (all P<0.05).Conclusions The appliance of nasointestinal tube into side hole of gastric canal can achieve the purpose of gastrointestinal decompression and reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula.It also can take the tube into upper jejunum for enteral nutritional support,prevent the complications,lower the incidence of infection and promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
