两种不同体位垫在俯卧位脊柱手术中的应用观察

【摘要】 目的观察两种不同体位垫在俯卧位脊柱手术中的应用效果。方法将本院俯卧位下行脊柱手术的160例患者随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各80例。实验组术中采用独特配方的高分子凝胶啫喱垫(有槽头圈,俯卧位枕);对照组采用传统的头圈和软垫。比较两组患者体位安置时间、术中调整体位次数及患者皮肤受压状态;了解麻醉医生、巡回护士、手术医生对两种体位垫应用效果的评价。结果实验组体位安置时间、术中调整体位次数、皮肤并发症发生率明显少于对照组;医护人员对体位垫的应用效果评价明显高于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论俯卧位脊柱手术中应用高分子凝胶啫喱体位垫,可有效缩短患者摆放体位时间,减少体位并发症的发生,从而达到保护患者安全的目的,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of two posture pads in prone position spinal operations.Methods A total of 160 patients who received spinal operation in prone position were randomly divided into two groups,80 each in the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental group used a uniquely formulated macromolecular jelly pad,while patients in the control group used the conventional soft pad.The time used to place patients’ posture,the frequency to adjust patients’ posture during operation and patients’ skin compression were compared between the two groups.Evaluations of anaesthetists,nurses and surgeons on these two pads were compared.Results The time used to place patients’ posture,the frequency to adjust patients’ posture during operation and the incidence of skin complications were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(all P < 0.05).Conclusion The macromolecular jelly pad can effectively shorten the time to place patient’s posture and reduce the incidence of complications,so it can ensure patients’ safety and is worth applying in clinical practice.更多还原
