运用护理程序实施健康教育对甲状腺功能亢进胰岛素抵抗患者的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨运用护理程序实施健康教育对甲状腺功能亢进胰岛素抵抗患者的影响。方法运用护理程序对56例甲状腺功能亢进胰岛素抵抗患者实施健康教育,并采用胰岛B细胞分泌功能指数(Pancreatic islet β cells secretion function index,HOMA-IS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR)和胰岛素敏感指数(insulin sensitivity index,ISI)作为评价实施健康教育前后患者胰岛B细胞分泌功能和胰岛素抵抗程度的指标。结果实施健康教育后患者胰岛B细胞分泌功能指数和胰岛素敏感指数高于教育前;胰岛素抵抗指数低于教育前,教育前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论运用护理程序进行健康教育,提高了患者自我管理和自我护理能力,从而有效地改善患者的糖代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of health education on patients with hyperthyroidism and insulin resistance.Methods Health education was provided for fifty-six patients with hyperthyroidism and insulin resistance.The β-cell function index(HOMA-IS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were regarded as the index to reflect the level of β-cell function and insulin resistance before and after the health education.Results After the health education,patients’ insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was higher than that before the health education and the β-cell function index(HOMA-IS) was lower than that before the health education,but there were no statistical differences(P > 0.05).The insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) after the health education was lower than that before the health education,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusions Application of health education in nursing procedure could improve patients’ self-management and self-nursing ability,thus change their bad life style and improve life quality.Furthermore,it can make the thyroid function return to normal and improve the glucose metabolic disorders and insulin resistance effectively for hyperthyroid patients.更多还原
