氦氖激光联合治疗带状疱疹疗效的观察及护理

【摘要】 目的观察氦氖激光联合治疗带状疮疹对减轻带状疱疹患者疼痛和促进皮疹痊愈的效果。方法将97例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组47例。两组患者均接受抗病毒药、神经营养药治疗和局部护理等,治疗组在此基础上采用氦氖激光治疗仪对局部皮疹进行照射。结果采用氦氖激光治疗第5d和第10d后治疗组疼痛缓解率分别为72.0%,94.0%,对照组疼痛缓解率分别为34.0%,44.7%,治疗组疼痛减轻程度较对照组明显(均P<0.01);水疱结痂率治疗组分别为64.0%,86.0%,对照组分别为25.5%,59.6%,水疱结痂率治疗组较对照组提高(均P<0.01)。结论氦氖激光联合治疗带状疱疹对减轻带状疱疹患者疼痛和促进皮疹痊愈有较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of He-Ne Laser on Herpes Zoster.Methods Ninety seven patients were divided randomly into two groups:fifty patients in the treatment group and forty seven patients in the control group.Both groups were treated with antiviral agents,nerve cell nutrition,and local wound care.He-Ne laser were also used to treat patients in the treatment group but not the control group.Results Pain remission rates after treatment with He-Ne laser for five and ten days were 72.0% and 94.0% respectively and were higher than that in the control group(34.0% and 44.7%,all P < 0.01).The rates of scab lesion formation in the treatment group were 64.0% and 86.0% respectively,and were significantly higher than that in the control group(25.5% and 59.6%,all P < 0.01).Conclusion He-Ne Laser is an effective way to treat both pain and lesion in Herpes Zoster patients.更多还原
