【摘要】 目的探讨排毒升白颗粒用于治疗各种原因引起的白细胞减少症的临床效果。方法将164例白细胞减少症患者随机分为3组,治疗组58例用排毒升白颗粒治疗,扶正中药组55例予生血宝颗粒治疗,升白西药组51例给予利血生、鲨肝醇、维生素B4等升白西药进行治疗,对3组治疗效果进行临床对比观察。结果治疗组对白细胞减少症的治疗效果明显优于扶正中药组和升白西药组(P<0.01)。结论排毒升白颗粒以通便排毒为主要治法,效果优于单独扶正治法,也优于一般的升白西药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Paidushengbai granules in treatment of leucopenia.Methods 164 patients with leucopenia were divided into three groups randomly.58 cases in treatment group were treated with Paidushengbai granules,55 cases in support healthy energy group were treated with Shengxuebao granules,51 cases in western medicine group were treated with western medicine that can raise white cells,compared and observed white cells before and after the treatment in clinic.Results The curative effect of treatment group to leucopenia was obviously better than support healthy energy group and western medicine group(P<0.01).Conclusion Paidushengbai granules using relax the bowel and expel toxin methods as main treatment,the curative effect to treat leucopenia is better than simplified support healthy energy method and common rise white cell western medicine.更多还原
