【摘要】 目的观察单次血液透析、血液透析滤过、血液灌流治疗对维持性血液透析患者血磷清除的效果。方法将45例维持性血液透析患者随机分为血液透析组(HD)、血液透析滤过组(HDF)和血液灌流组(HP),观察治疗后各组血磷的变化。结果 3组患者治疗后血磷水平均明显下降(P均<0.01),而HDF组、HP组血磷水平均明显低于HD组(P均<0.05)。结论 3种血液净化方法均能显著清除血磷,但单次血液透析滤过和血液灌流治疗较血液透析更有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of clearance of serum phosphate in maintenance hemodialysis patients by different modes of blood purification.Methods 45 maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into hemodialysis group(HD group),hemodiafiltration group(HDF group) and hemoperfusion group(HP group).The levels of serum phosphate were analyzed before and after dialysis in three groups.Results The levels of serum phosphate in three groups were all decreased obviously after blood purification(Pall<0.01).But the levels of serum phosphate in HDF group and HP group was both lower significantly than that in HD group after blood purification(Pall<0.05).Conclusion Three modes of blood purification all can effectively eliminate serum phosphate in maintenance hemodialysis patients,but the effect of HDF and HP was much better than HD.更多还原
