【摘要】 目的考察几种中药挥发油电热挥散剂对密闭及流通病房空气消毒的效果。方法在密闭或流通的病房,将香薷、荆芥、桂枝等挥发油以电热挥散对空气进行消毒,并与紫外线组及空白组对照。结果香薷、桂枝、连翘挥发油挥散剂空间消毒效果与紫外线组比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05),荆芥、苍术挥发油空间抗菌效果弱于紫外线组(P均<0.05),但强于空白组(P均<0.01)。结论香薷、桂枝、连翘挥发油电热挥散剂具有较强的空间灭菌作用,是有效的新型空气消毒剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the air sanitized effect of the volatile oil from several Chinese herbs in closed and open wards by electric vaporizer.Methods Compared with normal ultraviolet light disinfection and control,the air was sanitized in closed and open wards by electric vaporizer of the volatile oil from Elsholtzia,Schizonepeta,Ramulus Cinnamemi and other Chinese herbs.Results The air sanitized effect of the volatile oil from Elsholtzia,Ramulus Cinnamemi and Forsythia by electric vaporizer was similar to ultraviolet light disinfection(P>0.05).The air sanitized efficacies of the volatile oil from Schizonepeta and Atractylodes were lower than ultraviolet light group(P<0.05),and were augmented than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The electric vaporizer of the volatile oil from Elsholtzia,Ramulus Cinnamemi and Forsythia has a strong spacious sterilizing effect and is an effective and new type vaporizer for air sterilizing in patient ward.更多还原
