【摘要】 目的探讨中药代替抗生素根除幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)的临床疗效和应用价值。方法选择慢性胃炎有上消化道症状、1个月内未用过抗生素或抑酸药、14C呼气试验H.pylori阳性患者240例,随机分为3组:A组80例给予黄芩和黄芪(生药各10 g)制成的颗粒剂,每日1剂,用开水50 mL冲调,分2次餐前口服,连续1周;B组80例在A组基础上同时口服埃索美拉唑20 mg,每日2次,连续1周;C组80例予阿莫西林1.0 g、克拉霉素0.5 g、埃索美拉唑20 mg口服,每日2次,连续1周。3组均停药4周后复查14C呼气试验,H.pylori阴性为根除。结果 A组、B组、C组的H.pylori根除率分别为70%,93%和90%。结论黄芩和黄芪代替抗生素联合埃索美拉唑能有效根除H.pylori,是一种新的理想的H.pylori根除方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect and application value of Baicalensis and Astragalus replace antibiotics for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).Methods A total number of 240 14C-UBT Hp-positive chronic gastritis patients with upper gastrointestinal symptoms who didn’t take any antibiotics or acid-suppressing drugs within one month were collected,and were randomly divided into three groups: 80 cases of group A received therapy with oral Baicalensis and Astragalus and at a dosage of 10 g dissolved with 50 mL boiling water for 2 times in each day before dining.80 cases of group B received continuous therapy on the basis of the former group with oral esomeprazole 20 mg for 2 times in each day for one week.80 cases of group C received amoxicillin 1.0 mg,clarithromycin 0.5 mg and esomeprazole 20 mg for 2 times in each day for one week.H.pylori infection was detected by 14C-urea breath test in a minimum of 4 weeks after therapy.Eradication of H.pylori was diagnosed when the test results were negative.Results The eradication rates of H.pylori group A,group B and group C were 70%,93% and 90 respectively.Conclusion Baicalensis and Astragalus combined with esomeprazole can effectively eradicate H.pylori,and this method is a new and perfect therapy for Hp infection.更多还原
