【摘要】 介绍了福建省消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)生产与消费现状,并以2005年福建省ODS排放清单为例,根据不同行业的ODS消费与排放特点,计算这些物质实际排放量的消耗臭氧潜能值(ODP)与全球变暖潜能值(GWP)。结果表明,福建省2005年排放ODS所带来的ODP值为2 880.556 t,GWP值为20 658 435 t,折合标准碳为5.63×106t。并采取逆向思维的方式,借助森林固定CO2效益经济结构模型,根据福建省ODS的排放所带来的全球变暖潜能(GWP)值,计算ODS排放所造成的经济价值损失。结果显示,福建省2005年排放ODS污染损失价值为3.605×109元。更多还原

【Abstract】 The status of the production and consumption of ozone depleting substances(ODS) in Fujian province is analyzed.The detailed list of ODS emission in Fujian province in 2005 is selected.Based on the consumption and emission characteristics of different industries,the ozone depleting potential(ODP) value of actual emission amount of these substances and global warming potential(GWP) value are calculated.The value of ODP is about 2 880.556 tonnes and the value of GWP is about 20 658 435 tonnes,which correspond to 5.63 millions tonnes of carbon equivalent in Fujian province in 2005.The economic structural model of the benefit of forest carbon sequestration is selected.Based on the value of GWP of Fujian province in 2005,the value of pollution loss by ODS emission is calculated.The results show that the value of pollution loss by ODS emission of Fujian province in 2005 is 3605 million yuan.更多还原
