基于模块串联的小功率变流器
Low Power Current Transformer Based on Serial Module
【摘要】 提出一种基于模块串联的适用于高压输入(1kV以上)的DC/DC小功率变流器拓扑,分析其均压均流原理,讨论元器件参数对均压均流的影响。采取模块化设计,利用基本模块在输入侧串联的方法解决直流输入电压高于开关管最高耐压的矛盾。在不增加控制复杂度的前提下,适当选取输入侧串联模块的级数,可使输入电压高到几千伏甚至上万伏。
【Abstract】 A kind of Topology DC/DC low power current transformer based on serial module,which is applicable to the high voltage input(the 1 kV is above)is introduced.The basic principles of average voltage and average current are analyzed.The influence of component parameter on average voltage and average current is discussed.Adopting the module design,making use of the basic module in series of input side to solve the DC input voltage is higher than the highest pressure of switch.Without increasing the complexity of control,selecting the level of input serial module,making the input electric voltageas high as several thousand volts even ten thousand volts.
