【Abstract】 Principle of mechanical deburring for thread was introduced in the paper,and deburring machine for internal and external thread of high-pressure common rail injector body was designed based on the principle of mechanical deburring.Key structures of the machine were analyzed,and selection of dynamic brushes was studied.It was demonstrated that thread and oxidation layer of injector body can be deburred through the machine,therefore it can be applied for mass production.更多还原
