共轨喷油器体螺纹去毛刺的研究

【摘要】 介绍了机械去螺纹毛刺加工的原理,在此基础上设计了用于高压共轨喷油器体内外螺纹去毛刺的专用机床,对机床关键结构作了分析,并对动力刷种类的选择作了深入研究,生产实践证明,该机床可去除喷油器体螺纹毛刺、氧化层等杂质,能适用于批量生产。

【Abstract】 Principle of mechanical deburring for thread was introduced in the paper,and deburring machine for internal and external thread of high-pressure common rail injector body was designed based on the principle of mechanical deburring.Key structures of the machine were analyzed,and selection of dynamic brushes was studied.It was demonstrated that thread and oxidation layer of injector body can be deburred through the machine,therefore it can be applied for mass production.
