【摘要】 目的:观察曲安奈德(TA)球内注射对家兔眼巩膜穿通伤后视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPE)增殖的抑制作用。方法:12只有色家兔,左眼为实验组,右眼为对照组。双眼均制成巩膜穿通伤模型,清创缝合后左眼球内注射曲安奈德4mg/0.1ml,右眼球内注射平衡盐液0.1ml,于术后28天处死家兔,取眼球行HE染色和PCNA免疫组化检查,对比视网膜增殖情况。结果:实验组与对照组相比PCNA阳性细胞记数有统计学差别P<0.05。结论:曲安奈德球内注射能有效抑制视网膜色素上皮细胞增殖从而降低增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of sclera wound in a model of rabbits sclera trauma.Methods:Sclera trauma was induced in pigmented rabbits by performing a scaeral laceration followed by rapair.Twelve eyes were treated with Intravitreal injection of 0.4mg triamcinolone acetonide.Twelve eyes were treated Intravitreal injection of compound sodium chloride as contrast.Results:The retinal pigment epithelium proliferation was significantly lower in eyes treated with Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide.Conclusion:The treatment of Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide effectively could inhibit the proliferation of RPE in a rabbit trauma model.更多还原
